In Eibar, at the City Council offices there is a Citizen’s Information Office known as PEGORA where a single point of contact office is open to the public for answering queries and for dealing with the administration.

It provides among other things the following services:

  • Official filing of documents with the City Council and other public administrations.

  • Registration for the municipal ceramics and drawing schools.
  • Managing the transport card ((MUGI), renewal, theft, charging...)
  • Submitting complaints and suggestions.
