The aim of the youth policies in Eibar City Council is to facilitate with stability and continuity that children, teenagers and young adults can develop and enjoy their childhood, adolescence and young adulthood.

Playrooms:
This Playroom is a service for minors aged 5 to 11 years old (from the third year of infant school to the sixth year of primary school). The aim of this service is that children enjoy their free time in an active and healthy way that supports their emotional well being.

Afariketan
Afariketan is a programme aimed at minors from 5 to 7 years old (from the third year of infant school to the second year of primary school). The aim of this service is that children enjoy their free time in an active and healthy way that supports their emotional well being.
It takes place in the following municipal and public premises: Arrateko Andra Mari School and in the municipal premises at Tiburcio Anitua 27.

Financial aid is available to families in a situation of vulnerability.

Adolescence and Young People
Gazteleku Indianokua is a service aimed at adolescents aged 12 to 17 years old. It provides a place with games, resources and materials for having fun, meeting people and doing activities together. It is free of charge and no registration is required.
Opening hours:
- Monday: CLOSED
- Tuesday to Thursday: 18:00–20:00
- Friday: 16:30–21:00
- Saturday: 17:00–21:00
- Sundays and public holidays: 17:00–20:30
Gaztetan
Eibar City Council organises the holiday camps "Gaztetan Urdaibai", "Gaztetan Udalekuak" and "Gaztetan Surf" for secondary school students (ESO) during the holiday months.
